Tomorrow Could Be The Day!

It really could. If the chest x-ray looks good tomorrow then we might just lose this chest tube! That would be super! Julianne had a great day today. She stood up in her bed. We got her to take a few steps. She got rid of the oxygen and is staying in the 90's on room air! Julianne wanted to sit on my lap for a long time today and that was a such a sweet time together. She's been too uncomfortable to sit on our laps, but today she must've been feeling good. She went on 2 different strolls around 8 East today. We read a lot of books, played with playdoh, played in her "pool" and exercised those legs. She also took a 2 1/2 hour nap this afternoon! Kent and I went to church with John Piper while Julianne was napping (well, we watched a podcast of his sermon anyway) and had ice cream. God is good all the time...on good days and not so good days. Today was a good day for sure. :)

Well, we couldn't go without the rainbow legs

Play-doh time!

Hopefully, we'll post an update tomorrow that the chest tube has been removed! Please continue to pray for our JuJuBee. Please pray that the doctors will make wise decisions regarding her chest tube removal. We definitely don't want it to have to be put back in later! Thanks for checking in. :)

Yay for getting off oxygen & just being on room air! That's always the thing that holds us up the longest! We'll continue to pray for God's timing for that chest tube to come out so you can be heading home soon! Ethan's been praying every night for "Dooeyanne" to "get bettah soon & go HOME from "hopital"! :)

Heart hugs,

She looks so good! She looks like she is imitating minnie mouses's face next to the balloon!!Ha.

I will continue to pray that the doctors make the right decision about her tube. Looks like they have made all the right decisions so far.
