Surgery Day: Final Update

Julianne is really doing well.  One of the surgeons said she's done better than they thought she would.  Another doctor just came in and said that her numbers are right where they want them.  He said that its a good sign that she's tolerating the Glenn physiology so well.  The hope is that she'll be extubated some time tomorrow morning.  Julianne is already starting to wake up...kicking her legs like she does at home.  We are, of course, anxious to see her extubated and awake, but we don't want that to be any earlier than is safe for her.

Thank you so much for your continued prayers!! We will post more tomorrow.

Goodnight.

I am so happy to hear that God has brought her through the surgery so well. It's so comforting to hear that the doctors are so pleased at the way she has handled this surgery.

I know if must be so hard not to reach out and hold her. You all are so strong.

I am praying that things continue to go well for her.

Love to all of you,
