Clamping in Place

Just wanted to let everyone know that they ECMO has been clamped and Julianne's heart is working on its own.  The Electrophysiologists are going to do another study using her pacing wires to see how irritable her heart is now that she's on the Amiodorone.  She hasn't had any arrhythmias for more than 24 hours now, so that's good.

If she continues to do well with the ECMO clamped off they'll remove the canulas from her heart today.  However, the surgeon said they aren't going to close her chest today.  He didn't want to try to do too much in one day.

We will update more as we hear or see more.

This is good news to hear this morning. I am thanking God for his continued blessings of Julianne.

I will continue to pray that her heart beat stays regular and that they can close her back up soon .

I am praying for you all including Grammie that God gives you the strength to endure during these trying times.

I love you

Thank you for taking the time to keep us all updated so we can pray specifically for Julianne's needs. She is such a strong child...God's child. He will take care of her!
I am praying, too, for your comfort and strength from Him.
In Christ, Rebecca
