I have to share this...

There is a Chris Tomlin song called, "How Can I Keep From Singing" and it is one of my favorite songs. When I was pregnant and we found out about Julianne's heart it was on the radio a lot. Often when I'd begin to feel down about what she would face I would make myself start singing this song. It would remind me that God is so awesome, how could I be worrying when I should be singing His praise. Even now, when I start feeling worried about it all, I frequently call this song to mind as a reminder. :) It brings joy to my heart to hear my baby girl belting out those words that are so true...

"How can I keep from singing your praise
How can I ever say enough
How amazing is your love
How can I keep from shouting your name
I know I am loved by the King
And it makes my heart wanna sing"

It has become one of Julianne's favorites and I love that we can share that:

And in case you want to hear the "real" song:

Thanks for checking in on us. All is well as we prepare for our trip. Thank you so much for all of your prayers and encouragement!

Tears running down my face how precious is this child of God? I don't think I ever need to hear the original song again this will last me a lifetime! I pray that God would give you courage and strength to always "sing under the shadow of his wing"
The following scripture immediately comes to mind as I see my grandbaby, Julianne sing with such confidence and warmth. Love you, Grammie

Matthew 18
At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"
He called a little child and had him stand among them. And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

"And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me. But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.

Me wither, Grammie. When I read Jessica's note of if we wanted to hear the "real song" to click the link, I thought, "For what? It does not get any real-er than Julianna's version." Praise God and God Bless. Lynn Bigham from Riverside Church.

Oh how precious is little Julianne!! What a wonderful testament to the love of God that you all have instilled in her heart and in her mind.

I continue to ask God to protect Julianne as she goes through this next major step that will make her life even richer than before. I also pray that God continues to give you the strength and faithfullness to bring you through this stressfull time.

May you be a peace in knowing that God is with Julianne.

I love you all so much.

Happy Mothers Day Jessica! One day Julianne will know what a loving selfless strong Mother she has.
