Happy Easter

Happy Easter everyone!  I hope you all enjoyed Easter Sunday.  We didn't get to attend church this morning, but we had our own "Caperton Church." We read,  prayed and reflected on what today is about.  Julianne slept. :)  We even dressed her up in an "Easter outfit" complete with headband.

We then had a nice dinner with the rest of the house and got to visit with Leslie, William and Kaden, whom we met when we were in Boston for Julianne's birth.  Kaden is just a couple of weeks younger than Julianne. We were trying get Julianne to take some lessons from him about how to drink a bottle but she was busy spitting out applesauce!

We've gotten to see several families that we met last time we were here. So, that's been really great.  We even met a very nice new family who's going to have their baby tomorrow!

Tomorrow we'll be packing up all of our stuff (making sure it still fits in the suitcases) and getting ready to come home on Tuesday.  We're so anxious to get there!  We're ready to get back to "normal" and to get busy working on getting this girl to eat!

We're so thankful that Julianne is doing as well as she is.  We pray that she continues to heal and grow without complications.  Thank you for all of your prayers, support and encouragement.  It means so much to us!

Happy Easter!! We continue to give thanks with you for Julianne's amazing recovery. We continue to pray for her eating issues. You will also be in our prayers for a safe, uneventful return flight home.

I am so glad you had a pleasant Easter with the rest of your Boston family. Julianne will get the hang of eating; how many 30 year olds do you know that never got the hang of eating?

Have a safe and uneventful trip.

We're so thrilled to keep hearing all the good news. We're happy you all had a nice visit with some new friends. But we will be more excited to have you all back home again.

Have a safe trip home, and we'll see you soon!!!

You know the same stuff won't fit back in your suitcase to come home! It's like the puffy vacation! Remember to keep germs at bay when you get home. Julianne has come so far because you have been so careful with her. We love you.

Happy Easter!
This was in The Advocate today--an article about some BR families who have babies who've had heart surgeries in Boston...
