Still on track for tomorrow

We've been super busy today, but just a quick update to stay we're still heading to New Orleans tomorrow. We've had a lot of stuff to get done today. The nurses here have been VERY helpful though and they're doing a great job of getting us ready to go.

We'll try to update some time tomorrow. It may not be until we're settled in our hospital room at Ochsner though.

Please pray for our safety, for Julianne to tolerate all of her feedings tomorrow (so there's no additional stress on the plane), that the trip will be uneventful and that everything will go smoothly with admission to Ochsner.

Right now, Julianne is doing her car seat test. She has to sit in her car seat for 90 minutes. They're making sure of two things 1.) her heart rate doesn't go up and 2.) her oxygen sats don't drop. So far so good!

My dear Jessica,Kent & baby Julianne,
Please know that we are so very grateful to our heavenly Father for his watchful care over each of you. I praise him for his beautiful creation Julianne who he "knit together" before she was born, delivered safely into her wonderful loving parents arms and continues to sustain Julianne and each of us every breath and every heart beat. As you take this step of faith have no fear for the Lord is with you always! "Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens you are there; If I make my bed in the depths you are there.
If I rise on the wings of dawn,
If I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me,your right hand will hold me fast." Psalm 139:7-10
We will be praying and waiting for you! Love you so much! Grammie & Grandpa

A technical note for the airplane. Babies may cry on dscent of the plane because their ears pop (like ours do). You may want Julianne to suck her pacifier when you begin descent to avoid discomfort. Also, crying helps the ears open up. So if she's crying on descent its okay.

all my love

Praying for safety and an uneventful plane ride - with no delays! Praise God that y'all are coming back home! Will also continue to pray for these new doctors and nurses and a smooth transition. Also, that Julianne's feedings continue to get better each and every time.
