As Kent and I get closer and closer to meeting our baby girl, we are truly overwhelmed by the generosity of God's people. We feel that we are being genuinely comforted and loved by the "Body of Christ." We cannot say thank you enough for the gracious gifts that God has given us through our fellow believers.
There's a Casting Crowns song that includes the line:
"...But if we are the Body
Why aren't His arms reaching..."
We have both felt like not only are the arms reaching, but they've got us in a huge bear hug through all the prayers, gifts, support and encouragement we've received over the last two and a half months. I can't even explain how it feels to know that our daughter is a part of all of this.
